State sweepstakes registration requirements and restrictions vary and must be analysed jurisdiction-by-jurisdiction.

1. Overview

This list may be updated periodically as our legal team completes jurisdiction-by-jurisdiction analysis.

3. Restricted Countries

[PLACEHOLDER] Boro Marble League is currently only available to residents of the United States. Residents of all other countries are not eligible to participate in sweepstakes or prize redemption.

4. Geofencing & Location Detection

[PLACEHOLDER] We use IP address geolocation to detect your approximate location and enforce geographic restrictions. This technology is not infallible and may occasionally produce inaccurate results. Use of VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation services to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of our Terms of Service.

GEOFENCING PLACEHOLDER — Full IP geolocation enforcement requires integration with a third-party geolocation provider (e.g., MaxMind, IPInfo, or similar). This feature is not yet implemented. Implementation timeline and vendor selection to be confirmed.

5. Free Entry Options for Restricted State Residents
